Don Lemon did a no holds barred tirade against Donald Trump claiming the 45th president is envious of former president Barack Obama and his wife Michelle Obama. In his minute long roast against Donald Trump, Don Lemon asked many rhetorical questions in a sarcastic tone on the CNN show ‘CNN Tonight’. The tirade went as follows:
“What is it about President Obama that really gets under your skin? Is it because he’s smarter than you? Better educated? Made it on his own? Didn’t need daddy’s help? Wife is more accomplished? Better looking? I don’t know, what is it? What is it about him? That he’s a black man that’s accomplished being president? That he punked you on the whole birth certificate thing? What is it about him? Just wondering.”
It didn’t take long for social media to give Don Lemon’s roast the ‘Ether‘ treatment. For those unfamiliar with Either, it is an iconic battle rap record by Nas that won him the lyrical battle over his then nemesis Jay-Z. The song has become a classic hip-hop record and has even became the unofficial term when you verbally humiliate somebody in urban vernacular.
Social media users took the Don Lemon attack and photo shopped Don as Nas and even added the Ether instrumental as the background noise as Don Lemon verbally assaulted Donald Trump. Watch the amusing Ether like roast below.
