Frank was originally a part-time employee at Barstool Sports. He used to work at a courthouse and would commute to Barstool HQ after work. Eventually, Dave decided to bring him on full-time after some difficult contract negotiations as Dave claims Frank was asking for a lot of money. When Frank was hired full-time by Barstool, fans were extremely excited as they thought this was a great move and were eager to see more Frank the Tank content.
