Trevor Noah may no longer be the host of The Daily Show, but it seems like he may get a full-time gig at the Grammy Awards. Trevor will be hosting next year’s Grammy Awards making it the third consecutive time Trevor hosts the Grammy’s.
According to a report by Billboard, Trevor Noah will be the host of the 2023 Grammy Awards which will take place February 5, 2023 at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California.
In the last three decades, only one other person has hosted the Grammys three consecutive times and that individual is LL Cool J.
Trevor said in regards to hosting the Grammy’s three times in a row:
“The first one was [during] COVID-19, and it was a completely different way to make the show. And then the next one was in Las Vegas because of the restrictions [in Los Angeles], and that was a different type of show. Now it’s exciting [because] it’ll be the first one for me back in L.A. — that’s hopefully not just normal, but different for the right reasons.”
