Taylor Swift’s ‘Midnights’ Wins Album of the Year at the 2024 Grammys

Taylor Swift made history at the 2024 Grammy Awards by winning Album of the Year for her album Midnights. This marks her fourth win in this category, a record-setting achievement. The other nominees included Jon Batiste, boygenius, Miley Cyrus, Lana Del Rey, Janelle Monáe, Olivia Rodrigo, and SZA.

During her acceptance speech, Swift expressed her love for the music industry and humbly shared that, for her, the real reward is the work itself. She mentioned feeling as happy when finishing a song or solving a musical puzzle as she does receiving awards.

She also took a moment to praise her friend and producer Jack Antonoff and Lana Del Rey, highlighting Lana’s influence as a legacy artist and a current legend in her prime.
