Will.i.am has always been about breaking boundaries. The rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer most known for his work with The Black Eyed Peas is trying to break boundaries once again with his latest technology mask creation called XUPERMASK.
In collaboration with Honeywell, Will.i.am has created a mask that has three dual speed fans, a filtration system, and LED glow lights. The mask also has microphone and noise-canceling audio capabilities. The mask was designed alongside superhero costume designer, Jose Fernandez.
Will.i.am said of his mask:
“If you’re designing masks to inspire and encourage sneaker culture, a fabric mask is a flip-flop and this is a Jordan 3”
The XUPERMASK will be available April 6, 2021 for $299 at xupermask.com.
