You’ve probably heard his name or seen him on YouTube, but are likely still wondering…who is Kerwin Frost?
To summarize it, Kerwin Frost is a show host, DJ, fashion designer, model, and all around social media influencer. Kerwin Rodriguez commonly known as Kerwin Frost is currently 25-years-old and hails from Harlem, New York.
Kerwin grew up with parents but in interviews has revealed he has only seen his father twice, to which one of these occasions changed his life for the better. Kerwin had an unconventional childhood where he did not grow up in a traditional home rather he resided in public housing and poverty. He attended regular public school and finally dropped out of high school at 16-years-old from Martin Luther King, Jr. High School. Kerwin is easily identified by his pencil facial tattoo that that he got at an early age.
Kerwin Frost discovered his love for fashion when his father introduced him to thrifting culture. He naturally gravitated to unique pieces which later contributed to his unique style. Kerwin eventually moved to SoHo, which is the original home of streetwear in the USA and where Kerwin got a lot of inspiration.
Together with his friend Ray Martinez, Kerwin founded a crew named Spaghetti Boys which became popular in the streetwear scene. Eventually they collaborated with two famous streetwear designers and grew their name even more. Today, Kerwin is a brand all on his own and even collaborated with Adidas in 2019.
Apart from fashion, Kerwin has succeeded in other careers such as being a DJ. He played at one of the Kardashian’s Christmas parties. He plays a unique set adored by his fans. He also has a YouTube channel where he hosts a popular show called Kerwin Frost Talks where he has interviewed everybody from John Mayer to A$AP Rocky.
