Since the development of content creation as a career, it has become a large goal for many to become a content creator. A good way of giving life to content creation came with the idea of ‘The Hype House’. A gathering of a few content creators to enable maximum productivity and eventually profitability.

The Hype House was founded as the popularity of TikTok grew. TikTok creators came together during the final months of 2019 to bring life to this idea. They did so successfully and this content powerhouse is now known as The Hype House. A brainchild of some of the content influencers who stay in this house.

The Hype House is located in the hills of Los Angeles, CA in a beautiful gated community. It is a large house that they do not own but rent. The Hype House is curated just for content creators with large windows that make the creation of videos and taking of photos more convenient as it allows for proper lighting.

It has a beautiful outdoor space with a swimming pool and plenty of space for content creation. The house has a Spanish design that is aesthetically pleasing for all their videos and pictures. The bathroom is large and has previously fit about 30 people who created one of their first trending videos of them dancing to a song in turns.

The house began with 19 members of friends who were famous TikTok content creators. These are the original members, however non-members are allowed in the house with rules. Rules include no parties that are not allowed and individuals can’t stay for too long. These members are not to be permanent, new members can be added and some members can leave at their own free will.

Only some of the members live permanently in the house, three or four of them including, Thomas, Kouvr, Alex, and until recently Daisy. Most of the others live in their own apartment or with their parents as they are largely below 18 years old. However, they come back to the house to release content for their accounts.

The hype house has a TikTok account, an Instagram account, and a YouTube page. They have managed to gather 1.72M subscribers on YouTube despite having only 4 videos one of which states what The Hype House is and what they do in The Hype House.  A video they have of them converting the Hype House to a trampoline park has over 13M views.

They have upwards of 3 million followers on their TikTok group page and have had The Hype House tag get over 100 million views on the same page. Their social media platforms are performing well and are allowing them to churn out content and make it profitable.

It is clear that The Hype House just like many content houses is a success. They live together as friends and a family brought together by similar interests and a passion for content. Despite the fact that there have been some members leaving the house, they still seem to be doing well and still working on growing their platforms.

They aim to grow bigger with more content and add more creators who have became successful in their own personal platforms. Their large number has not been an inconvenience and allows them to develop a wide array of ideas. They are still growing and I’m sure will still do so as long as TikTok and other social media platforms exist for them to put content on.
