Walmart Removes Fake YEEZY Foam Runners After Kanye West Lawsuit

The ongoing beef between Walmart and YEEZY continues.  Back in April, Walmart sued Kanye West and his YEEZY brand for a dispute over Kanye’s logo trademark application. According to Walmart, the logo in question would create confusion and “false suggestion of a connection” with customers as both logos resemble a sun.

Now, Kanye has fired back at Walmart with a lawsuit of his own. Kanye recently sued Walmart for selling fake YEEZY foam runners on walmart.com. The lawsuit was filed in a Los Angeles court.

Since the lawsuit, Walmart has took down the fake foam runners which were being sold under names like “Daeful Adult Children Summer Beach Shoes Foam Runner” and “Luxur Unisex Summer Beach Shoes Foam Runner.”
