Vision Street Wear Is Suing New Balance Over Jaden Smith Collaboration

Vision Street Wear Sues New BalanceVision Street Wear has been in the fashion headlines lately. First, Kanye based his entire presidential campaign merch off the streetwear company’s designs and logo. Now Vision Street Wear is suing New Balance over their latest sneaker collaboration with Jaden Smith.

Vision Street Wear claims that New Balance is intentionally misleading people to think their Jaden Smith Vision Racer collaboration sneaker is affiliated with the Vision Street Wear brand.



Authentic Brands Group, LLC which is owner of Vision Street Wear filed the lawsuit with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Authentic Brands Group is seeking settlement of up to $2 million dollars from the New Balance x Jaden Smith sneaker collaboration. Vision Street Wear is also looking to stop New Balance from producing more Vision Racers.
