With ongoing talks of a coronavirus relief package getting done before Congress takes a break for the holidays, people have become hopeful and desperate for a second round of stimulus checks.
Whether it was a plea or just a joke to highlight how comical all this is, a very creative individual decided to come up with the “Timmy on a Stimmy” concept. Exactly what is a “Timmy on a Stimmy”? Well it is the idea of putting the star of The Fairly OddParents cartoon, Timmy Turner, on a stimulus check.
