Supreme has been fighting extremely hard to trademark the brand in China. WWD has just reported the streetwear giant has finally secured a Chinese trademark which now allows it defense from imitations.
Supreme had been battling imitation brands all across Europe and China. The biggest Supreme imitation brand was called Supreme Italia which had a huge fake Supreme store located in Shanghai, China. Thanks to Supreme’s latest trademark victory, expect that store to be no more.
The trademark allows only authentic Supreme branded items may be sold in China. Expect a new Supreme flagship store in China soon. Congratulations Supreme!
