No this isn’t clickbait, you can now see hidden likes on Instagram again….with a caveat. In order to see Instagram likes again on those accounts where the likes are hidden, you can download a browser extension by social media analytics company SocialInsider. “The Return of the Likes” browser Chrome extension shows the numbers of likes for posts on the top-right corner on a web browser. Why did SocialInsider create such a tool? As the company explains, “The idea behind it is to make it easier for social media marketers to have a quick progress view when partnering with other companies, agencies and, especially, when working with influencers.”
Unfortunately, the extension is not available yet for the actual mobile app itself but expect such an app or extension in the coming weeks. See your favorite fashion blogger’s like counts once again and download “The Return of the Likes” extension here!
