As the saying goes, accessories make the outfit. Whether it’s an accessory for your neck or your wrist, the right accessory can really make a difference in your overall appearance. If you are currently looking to accessorize your wrist with a custom wristband, do not order from wrist-band.com! I recently had a horrible experience with this website and after doing some research, it seems like I’m not the only one.
My experience was so horrible, I took it upon myself to file a complain with the Better Business Bureau. Never in my life had I complained to the BBB, but my experience with wrist-band.com was so horrible, I really felt the need to. Don’t believe I complained to the BBB? My experience with wrist-band.com started back in February 2, 2020. I ordered a pair of custom wristbands to have them delivered by February 13, 2020 and paid extra to have them delivered by this date. I received the wristbands on March 4, 2020 and they DO NOT resemble the online photos which supposedly provided a preview of what my wristbands would look like.
While the company claims to be based in the United States in the state of Texas, their production seems to be based in China which explains the long delay. While their website and presentation seem to appear better than other custom wristband websites, please do not be fooled. If you are still skeptical that I may be exaggerating or was an outlier case, then I believe its time I present some receipts.
Wrist-band.com has over 3,432 reviews on ResellerRatings and average 1 out of 5 stars. For those unfamiliar with ResellerRatings, it is an online ratings site where customers can submit ratings and reviews of online retailers. I could go on and on about what’s wrong with this company, but they really aren’t worth my time and they aren’t worth yours either. They do have quick customer support, just don’t expect to receive your order quickly. For custom wristbands, stay away from wrist-band.com! Unless you don’t mind waiting over a month for your order to arrive and look nothing like what you thought it would once it does.
