Legendary Serie A football club AC Milan and Virgil Abloh’s Off-White brand have announced a new partnership. In the promotional video announcing the new venture, AC Milan players can be heard reciting phrases such as “I support education for all” and “I support freedom of speech” which matches the late Virgil’s tone when he once made a “I Support Young Black Businesses” t-shirt.
The new partnership places the Off-White brand as the club’s new Official Style and Culture Curator. Off-White will be designing clothes for both men’s and women’s teams.
Casper Stylsvig, Chief Revenue Officer of AC Milan, said of the new partnership:
“As a Club, we have very defined principles. Cultural-inclusivity and equality is at the forefront of our business. Therefore, we are proud to embark on this journey with Off-White, with whom the Rossoneri share a common vision and a common mission.”
