This year, Nike is celebrating the 40 year anniversary of the Air Force 1. The Air Force 1 was designed by Bruce Kilgore and debuted back in 1982 originally as a high-top silhouette. As part of the anniversary celebrations, Nike is releasing the Air Force 1 Low Anniversary Edition “Chili Pepper” colorway.
The “Chili Pepper” release will come with a combination of red suede uppers and cream leather overlays to provide a clean but vibrant look. Custom “Anniversary Edition” lettering can be found on the shoe tongues as well as chili designs on the insoles and heels.
