Your favorite Starbucks barista may look a little different now as Starbucks has just changed their employee dress code. The new Starbucks dress code welcomes “personal expression” and is less strict allowing workers to wear additional colors and keep unnatural hair colors such as pink or blue. In addition, hats such as beanies and Fedoras are now welcome as part of the new Starbucks dress code.
