As fans prepare for Super Bowl Sunday, one thing they will be looking forward to are the Super Bowl commercials. One commercial they can expect to see is Meta promoting their new AI-powered Ray-Ban sunglasses.
Meta will officially be launching a new ad campaign for its AI-powered Ray-Ban glasses during Super Bowl LIX.
The commercials star Chris Hemsworth, Chris Pratt, and Kris Jenner, all wearing Ray-Ban Meta glasses. In one ad, Hemsworth and Pratt explore an art gallery and get too hands-on with exhibits, including the exhibit Comedian which is Maurizio Cattelan’s viral banana duct-taped to a wall which sold for $6.2 million at auction
Meta and Ray-Ban also created a limited-edition Wayfarer version for Super Bowl LIX, featuring a matte black frame, gold mirrored lenses, and a custom-engraved case.
Powered by Meta AI, the glasses can answer questions about what the wearer sees, capture moments hands-free, play music (like Kendrick Lamar’s GNX album), and provide live game updates.
Meta added a fun Easter egg: If you ask, “Hey Meta, who eats art?”—like Kris Jenner does in the ad—the AI responds, “Chris Hemsworth eats art. But he blamed Chris Pratt for it in the Ray-Ban Meta Big Game ad in 2025.”
Check out the commercials below and grab your own pair on Meta’s website.
