Louis Vuitton doesn’t publish too many books, so when they drop one you know it’s serious.
In collaboration with Publishing house Assouline, Louis Vuitton has published a book celebrating the life and work of Virgil Abloh. Louis Vuitton and Virgil have history together. Abloh was the first African-American to become artistic director for Louis Vuitton menswear back in June 2018.
The book contains 359 pages and over 320 images.
The new book is the first to be released since Virgil’s passing back in November 2021 and it is written by Anders Christian Madsen. Personal commentary from Abloh’s friends and inner circle including Nigo, Kendall Jenner, and Kid Cudi are also included in the book.
