As more and more brands take their first stab at creating eco-friend products, the luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton will be releasing their first eco-friendly sneaker later this year.
The unisex sneaker will be named “Charlie” and be produced out of 90% recycled and bio-sourced materials. Specifics include a sole composed of 94 percent recycled rubber as well as a tounge patch made out of ECONYL which is a 100% recycled nylon.
The shoe will come in both high-top and low-top versions. The shoe will be available in sizes 3 to 13 (Euro 34 to 47) and be available November 12, 2021 at louisvuitton.com.
