The NBA 2019-2020 season has officially come to an end with the Los Angeles Lakers being crowned champions. In a hard fought series, the Lakers defeated the Miami Heat in a 4-2 game series. Due to many injuries and an exhausted Jimmy Butler, the Miami Heat were not able to get it done in Game 6 and were defeated 106-93.
As is customary from Nike, the athletic apparel brand had a commercial ready to go once the final buzzard sounded. Watch the official Nike commercial below in honor of the 2019-2020 NBA champions, the Los Angeles Lakers.
This is the Lakers’ 17th NBA championship. The entire team dedicated the victory to Lakers legend Kobe Bryant who passed away earlier this year.
