Sonic the Hedgehog is one of the most iconic video game characters of all time. LEGO has decided to commemorate the classic video game character with a new LEGO set.
The new set consists of the video game’s first level setting called Green Hill Zone. It is a lengthy set consisting of 1,125 pieces.
Viv Grannell designed the set and submitted the concept to the LEGO Ideas platform. After receiving over 10,000 votes, LEGO decided to make the concept a reality. The set consists of everything you would see in a Sonic video game including rings, power ups, and even Doctor Robotnik.
