Kylie Jenner recently opened up a pop-up shop in Los Angeles, California in the Westfield Topanga Mall. The Kylie pop-up was a massive success selling out merchandise within minutes and lines that stretched throughout the entire mall. It was such a success that Kylie has decided to open up a second pop-up in New York City. Expect Kylie Cosmetics to make its debut in New York City late spring 2017.
