Her sister, Emilee Hembrow, is a social media influencer, model and business owner that became famous for documenting her pregnancies. Tammy Hembrow has ties to the Kar-Jenners that began when she was asked to model for Khloe Kardashian’s Good American activewear line. Hembrow, who was part of the ‘#GoodSquad’ posed for several campaigns, one of which was a billboard displayed in Times Square. In an interview with E! Online she said, “Working with Khloe on Good American was honestly amazing. She is the sweetest girl.”
Collapsed At Kylie Jenner’s 21st Birthday Party
Tammy Hembrow made good with the famous family of Kar-Jenners, but it didn’t last for long. Tammy collapsed at Kylie Jenner’s 21st birthday in 2018. Hembrow was photographed leaving the event on a stretcher. Tammy said she was “super embarrassed about it.” She later cited exhaustion after a fresh breakup from ex-fiance Reese Hawkins as the reason for her collapse. In the video she said, “I probably, definitely shouldn’t have been drinking because of how jet-lagged I was.” The ordeal prompted Kim, Kris, Kendall and Kourtney to unfollow Tammy on social media platforms.
Kylie Jenner Severs Ties Over Suggestive Tyga Lyrics
Reports of Tammy Hembrow “hooking up” with Tyga, Kylie’s ex-boyfriend, seemed to be the nail in the coffin for Kylie and Tammy’s friendship. In a remix of Ambjaay’s song “Uno” that features Tyga, he raps, “Go Tammy (Go Tammy), keep dancing (Keep dancing) / You nasty (You nasty), no panties (No panties).” Hembrow confirmed that the song was about her and added that she and Tyga were simply friends. This would not be the last time the ex-friends ran into drama.
Baby Name Drama
Tammy Hembrow is no stranger to drama with the Kar-Jenners, but the recent drama is over Kylie’s baby name. Kylie Jenner gave birth to her second child, a son, with rapper Travis Scott in February but withheld revealing their child’s name. When it was revealed that Kylie’s son’s name is Wolf (same name as Tammy’s 6 year old son), Tammy immediately took to Instagram. Hembrow posted a photo of her and her son with the caption “My Wolf” just hours after Kylie’s baby name reveal. Days later, Hembrow posted another selfie with the caption “Wolfies Mum.”
Tammy took it a step further when she replied to a fan on TikTok who commented, “I just know you are naming your baby Bentley” with “Actually liking the name Stormi atm.” Kylie took to Instagram to announce that her son was no longer named Wolf which had social media speculating whether it was because of Tammy. It is unclear what Kylie and Travis have renamed their son at the moment.
