He Declined Shark Tank Twice
You probably already know that Daymond John is one of the stars of Shark Tank. He has been on the show since the first season but it almost wasn’t that way. Daymond declined his first two offers to be on the show. Originally he was uninterested in being on the show because he didn’t want to invest his own money.
The second time he declined the show was due to an existing agreement with the Kardashians to mentor them on their show. Daymond later credited the Kardashians as being the people who convinced him to do the show. Founder of FUBU

Daymond started the company with $40 while he still worked at Red Lobster. He and his friends would sew the logo onto hats and sell them on the streets of NYC.
