Instagram continues to imitate Snapchat features with the latest news of Instagram possibly working on disappearing direct messages. The possible new feature was discovered by a reverse engineering specialist and was later confirmed by the official Instagram PR team twitter account in the tweet below.

It was also previously reported that Twitter is also working on a disappearing messaging feature called “fleets”
