After years of rumors and speculation, it seems Ian Connor is closer than ever to bringing back Kanye West’s former Pastelle brand. Pastelle was scheduled to launch back in 2009 and be Kanye’s first real fashion brand launch effort, but the untimely passing of his mom and Taylor Swift VMA incident ultimately brought everything to a halt. Pastelle was delayed and never launched.
Fast forward to 2016 and rumblings began of a Pastelle reboot courtesy of Ian Connor. Ian went so far as to unveil Pastelle jewelry pieces but they were never released either. Fast forward another 6 years and Pastelle has still not been launched.
However, fans waiting on a Pastelle comeback may finally have some good news thanks to a recent text leak. Apparently the only thing halting the return is some paperwork from Ian Connor. Ian has also announced via his Twitter account the return is imminent.
