Gucci is collaborating with Detroit designer and founder of the Detroit Vs. Everybody brand Tommey Walker.
Through its social impact initiative Gucci Changemakers, Gucci and Tommey Walker will be designing a total of 11 VS. EVERYBODY t-shirt designs representing the 11 cities that are part the Gucci Changemaker city circuit. Those 11 cities are; Detroit, Miami, Houston, Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Washington D.C., New York, Philadelphia, and San Francisco.
For those unfamiliar with Gucci Changemakers, it is a social impact initiative focused on increasing inclusion and diversity within the fashion industry across U.S. cities and communities.
Tommey said of his collaboration with Gucci:
