The Italian luxury fashion brand Gucci will soon begin accepting cryptocurrency payments at some of its flagship stores in the United States.
Gucci will begin accepting crypto later this month at five stores which include Wooster Street in New York, Rodeo Drive in Los Angeles, Miami Design District, Phipps Plaza in Atlanta and The Shops at Crystals in Las Vegas.
Crypto payments will be made with a link sent via email to customers with a QR code that allows them to execute the payment with a crypto wallet.
Gucci plans to extend the acceptance of crypto at all of its North America stores this summer.
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Wrapped Bitcoin, Litecoin, Shiba Inu and Dogecoin will be among the first cryptocurrencies that Gucci accepts.
