After a much anticipated build up and endless trash talking, Gervonta “Tank” Davis and “King” Ryan Garcia finally settled it in the ring on Saturday night in a much anticipated super fight not seen in the sport of boxing in many years.
In a sold out T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Gervonta and Ryan put on a show for the world to see. While Davis was in control for most of the fight, Ryan did showcase his signature speed and quickness in the second round before getting dropped from a Davis left hook. Ryan would get dropped again in the seventh round from a body shot, but only this time he would not get up.
