Amidst much excitement, Rihanna is reintroducing a beloved fan favorite from her initial collaboration with PUMA: the Creeper, with a new version called FENTY x PUMA Creeper “Phatty”.
Initially launched in 2015, the original Creeper gave a new twist to PUMA’s Suede silhouette, featuring a unique “Creeper” outsole. The latest version is described as “bigger, bolder, and phatter than ever,” with an oversized build, stacked gum sole, and eye-catching color options like Black/White, Blue/Green, and Lavender/Cherry Red.
Rihanna expressed the desire to reinvent the OG Creeper, making it more substantial. Rihanna said of the new Phatty version:
“We took our OG Creeper and made it bigger and badder…When designing the Creeper Phatty we wanted to reinvent the OG Creeper that was loved by so many. It’s a classic silhouette that has been missed, so it’s return had to be bigger.”
The FENTY x PUMA Creeper Phatty will be available for all ages and genders and will be released on November 30 at 10 a.m. ET via PUMA’s webstore.
