The biggest modern home in the United States was just sold to Richard Saghian who is the founder and CEO of Fashion Nova. The Bel-Air mansion is called ‘The One’ and was designed by developer and former film producer Nile Niami.
Richard Saghian bought the mansion for $141 million. If you are thinking the $141 million price tag is a lot, it was actually quite the steal. ‘The One’ was originally scheduled to be listed for $500 million, but hit auction this January for $295 million.
The Bel-Air mansion is 105,000 square-feet and has 21 bedrooms, 42 bathrooms, and seven half-bathrooms.
