Disney has some of the best best animators on planet Earth and Alex Alvarado just came out to reaffirm that. The Disney Animator recently illustrated and animated some of the most iconic rappers of the modern era in Disney quality animation. Alex Alvarado went ahead and animated Kanye West, 2Pac, Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, and Kendrick Lamar.
Alex Alvarado confessed to The Shade Room that the 3D rapper animations were a passion project and he started doing it to pay tribute to some of his favorite artists since he currently has some extra time on his hands thanks to the Disney shutdown as a cause of the COVID-19 pandemic. Alex revealed it took him about two weeks on and off to illustrate the rappers.
Alex Alvarado currently resides in Burbank, California and is not open to commission projects at the moment. His official Instagram is @babygotbackhead. Let’s hope Alex shows us this type of work in the coming Disney movies!
