In a much anticipated showdown, Conor McGregor faced off against Dustin Poirer in their 3rd fight last night at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. A lot of trash talk took place between the two fighters in the lead up making their third fight much anticipated.
While the first round was definitely exciting and didn’t disappoint, the end to the match was anticlimactic. During a punch exchange, Conor rolled his ankle causing his leg to break. Watch the leg injury below.

After the leg injury, the first round quickly ended. Conor was unable to continue and was ruled a doctor’s stoppage TKO victory for Dustin Poirer.
