Channing Tatum, known for his roles in “Step Up” and “Magic Mike,” is now the face of Versace’s new men’s fragrance, “Eros Energy.” Inspired by the Mediterranean coastline, the scent features vibrant citrus notes like lime, lemon, mandarin, grapefruit, and blood orange, with deeper tones of Italian bergamot, oak moss, patchouli, and white amber.
The perfume comes in a yellow sapphire bottle adorned with Versace’s Greca and Medusa designs and topped with a bronze cap. Donatella Versace praised Tatum, saying, “Channing makes the perfect face for Eros. He is strong and determined and at the same time incredibly kind and charming.”
Tatum expressed his excitement, stating:
“Representing Versace Eros fragrances is a great privilege, especially for my friend Donatella. Thank you, Donatella, I love you.”
Tatum has been part of the Versace family, wearing the brand to the MET Gala in 2021 and attending the Fall/Winter 2023 show in Los Angeles. However, this marks his first lead role for any fashion house.
“Eros Energy” will be available for purchase by the end of August at versace.com.
