It has become a popular trend for individuals to pop bottles for clout on social media. I’m sure you’ve seen the routine on your feed. Friends pitch in to rent a boat for a few hours, then they pop bottles while everybody is filming on Instagram live then call it a trip.
For this group of friends, their trip was going just as planned and everybody seemed to be having a good time. The bottle popping started and the phones started recording on cue. However, the trip turned into an embarrassment as soon as the champagne started flying everywhere.
As soon as the champagne touched the leather seats, the boat owner (who was also the driver) was not having it. He immediately jumps out off his seat and begins scolding the group for the world to see in a now viral clip.
