As most of us know, Bentley is one of the most prestigious auto manufacturers in the world. The British manufacturer of luxury cars and SUVs has now pledged to eliminate all non-electric powertrains by 2026 shifting its entire focus to hybrid and fully electric vehicles. Bentley then intends to go fully electric by 2030.
CEO of Bentley Adrian Hallmark said of Bentley’s plans:
“Within a decade, Bentley will transform from a 100-year-old luxury car company to a new, sustainable, wholly ethical role model for luxury..”
As the world continues to unite in the fight against global warming, Bentley seems to now want to put in their part by going full electric.
