Famous sneaker plug Benjamin Kickz has been arrested. The 21-year-old sneaker reseller was arrested following an altercation in Miami Beach with a stranger.
According to the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, Benjamin took away somebody’s phone who was trying to take a picture of him without his permission. This seems to have been the root cause of the entire confrontation.
Benjamin’s entourage beat up the 19-year-old victim which ultimately left him with serious injuries that required hospitalization.
Benjamin is being charged with felony robbery and now faces some serious jail time. According to Benjamin’s lawyer Bradford Cohen, there is video footage of the incident but it has not yet been publicly released.
