Spanish luxury fashion house Balenciaga might’ve just produced their most creative and best collection reveal in their 100+ year history. Yes that is a big statement, but that is how creative and funny this reveal is.
The Balenciaga team joined forces with the creators of iconic cartoon show The Simpsons to reveal their forthcoming spring/summer 2022 collection.
The episode starts off with Homer pleading Balenciaga to provide a gift for Marge’s upcoming birthday. Balenciaga delivers on the request, but once Balenciaga Creative Director, Demna Gvasalia, discovers the miserableness of Springfield citizens he decides to bring them all to model for a Balenciaga fashion show in Paris.
