SZA has come out clean regarding Drake’s latest dating allegations.
It was first reported hours after the release of Savage Mode 2, that SZA had unfollowed Drake over the Canadian rapper’s lyrics on the track “Mr. Right Now” in which Drake rapped:
“Yeah, said she wanna fuck to some SZA, wait/’Cause I used to date SZA back in ’08.”
Fans quickly began to do their research regarding the possibility of Drake and SZA dating back in 2008. People quickly began to dissect the timeline of the relationship and discovered SZA might have been underage according to many age of consent laws.

SZA has now come clean regarding the dating allegations and confirmed they are indeed true. However, SZA claims she dated Drake in 2009 and not 2008 as Drake first claimed.
SZA decided to come clean regarding the relationship to dispel any underage dating rumors between her and Drake.
