For those that don’t know, Lil Nas X is the man behind the hit song ‘Old Town Road’. The super smash hit single featuring Billy Ray Cyrus has been dominating the airwaves and festivals for the last few weeks. As the song continues to trend on playlists everywhere, more and more people are intrigued by exactly who is Lil Nas X? For starters, Lil Nas X is a 20 year old rapper from Atlanta Georgia whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill. If you’ve heard the song (which is about 95% of America), you know the song has a pure country vibe and is considered a country song by many radio stations. But is Lil Nas X really a country artist or simply playing and dressing the part for spins?
