Popular LSU star and now Chicago Sky player Angel Reese has revealed why she decided to sign with Reebok instead of Nike.
Angel was one of the best and most popular players coming out of the 2024 WNBA draft having led LSU to a national title and earning the 2023 Final Four Most Outstanding Player award.
According to Angel, “so many different shoe companies wanted to work with me” including Nike but ultimately chose Reebok because she “wanted to be a priority.” She also didn’t want to sign with Nike because “everybody doing that” and thus wanted to be different.
