Despite his undeniable influence on the music scene, Travis Scott’s Grammy journey has been one of repeated near-misses. At the 2024 Grammys, his album ‘Utopia’ earned him another nomination for Best Rap Album, only to see victory slip through his fingers once more as Killer Mike’s ‘Michael’ took the prize.
During his Grammys performance, Scott made a pointed lyrical alteration, emphasizing his 10 nominations without a win, highlighting a frustration shared by many of his fans. Indeed, despite being recognized by the Recording Academy on numerous occasions, Scott has yet to clinch a win in any of his nominations.
