Legendary singer Gwen Stefani has not released a solo album since 2017. While she did release new music in 2020 with the single “Let Me Reintroduce Myself” and then dropped a collaboration with Saweetie called “Slow Clap”, a new album never came.
While she did have plans to release a new album she eventually scrapped it. “I did go in during the quarantine years and I did write a bunch of songs, like 30+ songs, but I didn’t feel the passion that I’ve wanted to put it out” Stefani said to Forbes.
Fast forward three years and now Gwen is back with a new single called “True Babe”. The singer announced to her 16 million plus Instagram follower the new single will drop June 23, 2023. Let’s see if she drops a new album this time around.
