Kanye West has made sure everybody is aware of his billionaire status. From interviews to song lyrics, Ye proudly lets it be known he’s a billionaire. In his viral interview with hip-hop podcast ‘Drink Champs’ Ye said in reference to Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos, “these are my peers.”
The New York Times seems to agree that Musk and Bezos are his peers as they added Ye right along the aforementioned names on the cover of their latest Money Issue which does a deep dive on America’s billionaires.
The cover shows a slew of America’s most popular billionaires including Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, and Kanye West sitting on a top of an enormous pile of cash. Kanye is right in the center with shades and a chain.
