Famous Mexican soccer team Club América has just released their third kit for the 2021 season. For those unfamiliar with the third kit, it is the uniform that a sports team can wear instead of its home or away kit during games when the colors of two competing teams are too similar to distinguish.
The new América third kit features a bold Aztec type design and was inspired by the ‘eagle knight’ jersey worn by the team’s goalkeeper Memo Ochoa in 2008. Club América’s 2021 third kit is white and black which is different from its signature yellow or blue uniforms.
