As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, many small businesses are going under. The forced lockdowns have made businesses close their doors or operate at limited capacity. As a result, many small businesses are shutting down for good.
To try and prevent the shutting down of a local iconic barbershop, Stussy Toronto has designed a charity shirt with the intention of keeping Lloyd’s Barbershop alive. For those unfamiliar, Lloyd’s Barbershop has been around since 1979 and is a black-owned business.
The shirt will also come with a magazine detailing information and the history of Lloyd’s Barbershop.
Stüssy Toronto will be donating all profits to Lloyd’s Barbershop as it has been closed since the start of the coronavirus pandemic.
